ABOUT ME

I enjoy making jewellery using a variety of materials and techniques.  I have been making jewellery for many years, and actively started selling my work in 2019.  My favourite materials are stainless steel, titanium and anodized aluminum (for chainmaille and scalemaille) and semi-precious gemstones (for beading).  I also combine these two very different techniques to create interesting and unique handmade and wearable art.

In addition to selling on this website, I am a well-established seller on Etsy with over 750 sales and 200+ positive reviews. You can trust that your items will be handled with the utmost care and shipped promptly and safely.

All of my creations are made in my small studio on the West Coast of BC, Canada.

ABOUT MY WORK

Chainmaille involves using individual metal rings to create everything from jewellery to household items to clothing and more.  The sky is the limit, and people are always inventing new ways of using maille in their everyday lives.  Scalemaille is very similar, but involves the addition of armour scales, which you will see frequently in my designs. 

I love the brilliance and variety of colours that working with anodized aluminum provides, and plus, not very many people are allergic to aluminum, so it’s the perfect material to wear on your body!  Aluminum is very light, but don’t let that fool you – it is still strong and will withstand wear very well. I also work with stainless steel and anodized titanium, often combining materials and techniques to create something beautiful and unique.

Most of my maille pieces are one-of-a-kind, although I will sometimes make more than one of small items, such as keychains, fidget toys and bookmarks.
